We have recently surveyed our families about our breakfast club to ensure we were making sustainable changes and providing a quality service for our families.  

We are now being supported by Morrisons, Westcroft in delivering our breakfast club.

How To Make A Booking

To book a place for your child please log in to the Arbor Parent Portal via the website  – login.arbor.sc or App and select Clubs from the Quick Links menu.

Our Aim

To provide a safe, supervised and stimulating environment for the children that attend.

Staffing Ratio

There will be 3 members of staff on duty. The maximum number of children
attending the club, unless in an emergency, will be 50.

Breakfast

We will provide a breakfast consisting of for example: cereal, fruit juice, milkshake and toast with a topping.

Timings: Opens at 0745, last admission will be at 0815, and breakfast will not be served after 0825.

Access

Parents must bring children to the Main Entrance (school reception). A member of staff will be there to greet you. Children should not come to the breakfast club unaccompanied.

Entry to school

• KS2 (Years 3-6) will be dismissed from the hall and walk through the school building to their classroom ready for registration.
• Nursery, EYFS, KS1 pupils will be escorted to their classrooms by a member of breakfast club staff ready for registration.

Registration

Every child attending Breakfast Club must be registered as a pupil at Water Hall Primary School or Nursery and the online breakfast club registration form MUST be completed before they can attend.

Bookings

Bookings must be made using our online form by the end of the school day on a Thursday for bookings in the following week. Ad-hoc sessions may be available after the booking deadline, but these cannot be guaranteed and need to be made by contacting the school office by telephone.

Payment information will follow shortly, but you may book your place in advance of this, however payment will need to be made before the end of the school day on Thursday 11th March for bookings in the week of 15th March @ £1 per session.
